We strive to deliver an enjoyable experience to all who purchase our mysteries. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your mystery from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and contain all the original components without broken seals.  

To initiate a return: Please email raven@mysteriousmail.co.uk with your order number, and you will be issued a return number and return address. If your return is approved, we will refund your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, which is non-refundable.
