Shipping and Delivery

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

UK Shipping Policy
Most of our products offer a dispatch date during the checkout process; The dispatch date is when the mystery leaves our storage facility.
If the mystery has several posts, this is when the first post is dispatched. The dispatch date is not the date of delivery.
Delivery usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends) after the dispatch date. Delivery can take a few days longer during busy periods such as the Christmas or Easter Holidays.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

United States Orders (Delivered Duty Paid)
We ship all US orders using Royal Mail Tracked – Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means all customs duties and import taxes are included in your checkout price. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
Typical delivery time: 7–12 business days (tracked and insured). Please order early during holiday season as delivery time will be extended. 

International Shipping Policy
We are a UK-based company and ship most of our products from our UK storage facility.
Mysteries containing several posts are shipped all-in-one to countries outside the UK. All-in-one means one package with the individual posts contained inside and instructions on which order to open them.
The countries we ship to are displayed during the checkout process. If the country you wish to have an item dispatched to is not shown, please contact us, and we will advise if this is possible.
